How do the various report selection criteria in the Report Center work?
Below are explanations for the items you may be asked to enter to run a report.
| Selection Criteria |
Explanation |
| Account(s) |
The account(s) field allows you to select accounts to include in the reporting results. Search by account user name, mark the accounts to include in the results and click the OK button. You can change your selections by clicking the Select Different Accounts link. |
| Advertisement(s) |
The advertisement(s) drop-down menu allows you to choose one or more advertisement(s) to include in the reporting results. This includes all advertisement(s) of the accounts you selected. |
| Call Result(s) |
The call result(s) drop-down menu allows you to choose which calls result(s) (e.g., Answer, Caller Hangup, Busy, etc.) to include in the reporting results. |
| Call Type(s) |
The call type(s) drop-down menu allows you to choose which type(s) of calls (e.g., All, Charged, Uncharged) to include in the reporting results. |
| Date Range |
You can choose a defined date range (e.g., last week) to include in the reporting results or use the calendar to choose a specific date range (e.g., 7/26/2006 - 7/31/2006) to include in the reporting results. |
| Demand Tracking ID(s) |
The demand tracking id tree shows you the hierarchical structure of your demand tracking id(s) across your different properties. You may choose one or more demand tracking ids to include in your results. |
| Export As |
The export as drop-down menu allows you to export your report into formats including Excel, Comma Separated (CSV), XML and Adobe PDF. The export as dropdown appears after a report is created and viewable online. |
| Summarize By |
The summarize by drop-down menu allows you to choose how to display the report results. For example, you may choose to see last year's data summarized by quarter or last week's data summarized by day. |
| Test Services |
This dropdown allows you to report on monitoring queries. These queries are used by some partners to monitor the Ingenio service and are typically not relevant for business analysis. |
