Q: What is available in the Ingenio Partner Center?
A: Based on the specific partner and products that a single user has access to, the Ingenio Partner Center allows you to see reports, use tools and find information to support your partnership.

Q: What is my user name and password?
A: Your user name is the name you gave us when you created your account. You may also sign in with your email address and change your user name at any time. If you’ve forgotten your password, please use the "Forgot Password" link.

Q: How do I become an Ingenio Partner?
A: To become an Ingenio Partner, please contact us.

Q: What’s new in the Ingenio Partner Center?
A: The Ingenio Partner Center now contains alerts and announcements, community forums and a dashboard to quickly access information you need. If you’re an agency or distribution partner, you may also be able to access new reports to help track your performance.

Q: Can I manage multiple Ingenio Partners or Products?
A: The Ingenio Partner Center allows you to manage multiple partner and products with a single sign in.

Q: How do I manage my Live Advice Partnership?
A: Live Advice Partners will continue to use our e-commerce websites to manage their partnerships, including groups.
